2009 Cabernet Sauvignon
Tasting Notes:
Dark plum color saturation clear to the rim. The aroma of black plums, ripe berries and coffee prepare the palate for this well rounded but dense sip of heaven that finishes with a hint of bright cranberry followed by smooth tannins with a long finish.

 

 

 

2009 Cabernet Sauvignon Select
Tasting Notes: Sparkling magenta jewel tones are just the beginning of this fantastic Cabernet, scents of blackberry, dark cherry, a hint of tobacco and semi sweet chocolate lead into a smooth, silky mouth feel. The use of new French oak and a neutral oak barrel have produced well balanced acidity and tannins for a finish that lingers just long enough.

 

2009 Syrah
Tasting Notes: An intense deep purplish red color that moves forward with bright herb notes, black pepper and subtle smoky chipotle. The finish is silky and long and just makes you happy! (Kind of like curling up with a warm fuzzy blanket)
